Dr. Seidman is a board-certified surgeon in both general and vascular surgery, with extensive expertise in advanced, minimally invasive procedures related to prostate cancer. Throughout his career, he has introduced innovative technologies to his region, including catheter-based and image-guided treatments that enhance outcomes while decreasing the need for traditional surgery.

Dr. Seidman serves as Medical Director of the Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute and is the former Chief of Staff at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. His advanced fellowship training includes vascular surgery at Boston University, trauma surgery at the University of Cape Town, and endovascular surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
